What is an ict club in baduriya?

During ICT Club, children are given the opportunity to use the computers to undertake further research on their learning, practise skills they are learning in class or to learn new skills such as film making, using the laptops for photographing or looking at software packages they haven't yet experienced.

What is the ICT project in Baduriya?

The Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in Schools was launched in December, 2004 and revised in 2010 to provide opportunities to secondary stage students to mainly build their capacity on ICT skills and make them learn through computer aided learning process.

Possible ICT Club Activities

• Participate in ICT lab and equipment maintenance.
• Hold regular study discussions in ICT and Computer studies.
• Regularly share your activities with the school at assembly, school notice board, etc.
• Identify resourceful websites for studies in all subjects make it available to other students.

Why is ICT important in schools?

ICT resources not only provide the tools for promoting and developing these skills but also encourages them to engage confidently in imaginative learning and makes teaching and learning more effective and fun for everyone involved.
